秋分の日が過ぎて、昼と夜の長さがほぼ同じになりましたね。
Wikipediaによると、「秋分の日」とは、日本では、自然の営みや先祖への感謝を表す行事として長い歴史を持ち、明治以降休日として制定され、自然の恵みに感謝し、命あるもの全てを大切にする心を育む日として位置付けられているそうです。
弊社では、「いきもの係」という委員会があり、名前の通りユキヲ君や、こっこちゃん’sのお世話を毎日欠かさず行ってくれています。
先週からいきもの係の活動としてこっこちゃん達の「名付け親」を募集することになりました✨
スターホームの社員の皆さんにアンケートで気に入った名前を選んでもらい、決定するそうです。
和風な名前から、呼びやすい名前など様々な候補がありました。
さて、どんな名前になるのか楽しみですね！
命名された暁には、こちらのブログでも発表したいと思います。

The autumn equinox has passed, and the length of day and night is now almost the same.
At our facility, we have a committee called the “Ikimono-gakari” (Living Creatures Team). As the name suggests, they take care of Yukio-kun and our hens every single day without fail.
Starting last week, as part of the committee’s activities, we began recruiting “name parents” for the hens ✨.
Our staff members will choose their favorite names through a survey, and the final names will be decided that way.
There were a variety of suggestions, ranging from traditional Japanese-style names to simple, easy-to-call names.
We’re very excited to see what names will be chosen!
Once the names are officially decided, we’ll be announcing them here on this blog.
