これまで当キャンプ場では、外国人グループの方でも制限をかけずにご予約を受け付けておりましたが、夜中まで騒ぐ、音楽をかける、演奏する、といった事前のお願い（ルール）をお守りいただけず周りの利用者に多大なご迷惑をおかけするケースがございました。
社内で検討した結果、2023年10月より、6名以上の外国人グループ利用をお断りさせて頂き、皆様に安心してご利用いただける環境づくりを優先させていただきます。
今後、該当される方につきましては、以下の条件を了承いただける方のみお受けいたします。
・同一住所の1家族でのご利用
・家族でない場合、5名以内でのご利用
・日本語で問題なくコミュニケーションを取れること
・当キャンプ場のルールを必ず守っていただくこと
However, there have been cases in which foreign groups have not been able to understand our prior requests (rules), such as making noise until midnight, playing music, or performing, and have caused a great deal of inconvenience to other campers because they have not obeyed the rules. We have been discussing this issue within the company and have decided to introduce a new rule in 2023.
As a result of internal discussions, we have decided to refuse groups of 5 or more foreigners from October 2023, and will place priority on creating a safe and comfortable environment for all users.
We will accept only those who agree to the following conditions.
The use by a single family at the same address.
If you are not a family, you must be a group of 5 people or less.
You must be able to communicate in Japanese without any problems.
